1. Send Us Your Idea
Email us your logo, artwork, text, reference image, or rough sketch.

2. Design Review and Quote
We will review your design, confirm whether it can be produced, and send you a quotation.

3. Approve the Design
We will prepare a production-ready design for your approval. Production will not begin until the design has been confirmed.

4. Payment and Production
Once the design and payment are confirmed, we will begin production.

5. Worldwide Delivery
Your custom neon sign will be carefully packed and shipped internationally.

At NEONSIGNTOKYO, you won’t encounter the kind of problems commonly associated with custom signs—such as the finished product looking completely different from the reference image provided during the inquiry.

NEONSIGNTOKYO has earned a strong reputation by thoroughly reviewing full-scale design sketches before production

and providing designs that can actually be produced exactly as shown in the initial concept.

However, LED neon signs are precision devices that conduct electricity;

they are not items that are simply completed by printing.

◆Some designs may require modifications due to production limitations.

We will always suggest the closest possible alternative while maintaining your original design concept.

↑　If you only have a rough sketch, that's perfectly fine.

②　Indoor or outdoor use

↑　For outdoor use, the product is treated to be water-resistant; however, there is a risk of metal corrosion when installed on walls without a roof or in areas near the ocean where salt damage occurs.

③　Shipping country

↑　Plug types and voltages vary by country. We’ll recommend a configuration that’s compatible with the country where you live.

④　Quantity

Because every sign is custom-made, prices vary depending on the design.
